We understand that dealing with any company for the first time can be a daunting experience for many people. How do you know they are trustworthy, what if something goes wrong or the engineer doesn't show up? That's why we have implemented our 'Fixed or Free' policy - it's our way of reassuring our customers that we will do exactly what we say we will, when we're supposed to.

So, what does 'Fixed or Free' really mean?

  • No fix, No Fee
    If we can't fix your problem in a timely manner, you won't be charged anything for the visit. No travel time, call out fee or time on site - no fix really does mean no fee!
  • No Missed Appointments
    If we miss an appointment and haven't been in touch with you to reschedule then you won't pay for the time it takes us to fix the fault. You'll still need to pay for any parts used but if we miss our appointment the engineering time is free!
  •  No up-front payments.
    In some circumstances we may ask that you pay a deposit towards the cost of parts if we need to order them specifically for your job, however we do not charge up-front fees for engineering time. Customers who don't have credit accounts will be asked to pay for all work on completion by cash or cheque.
  • Everything is Guaranteed
    We use only high quality parts and experienced engineers which means we can afford to guarantee everything we do. We'll give you details of the guarantee period & coverage when we issue your quote or before we start any work (whichever applies in your situation). All guarantee claims are dealt with in-house so there are no third parties to argue with.

The 'Fixed or Free' policy applies to domestic customers only, business clients have comprehensive Service Level Agreements built into their contracts which provide a similar or greater level of protection.
