No matter what the problem you know that help is just a phone call away. You'll have priority access to our engineers and up to 10 hours of hands-on engineering time at no extra charge.
- Guaranteed 1 hour response time.
Time is money so we guarantee that an engineer will be in touch with you within an hour of the initial fault report to arrange repairs.
- 90% of faults fixed on the first visit.
We hold details of all equipment installed by our clients, ensuring that we have the right parts with us almost every time. Even if we don't our relationships with local suppliers mean we can often source parts on a same-day basis, ensuring you are up and running as quickly as possible.
- Remote support for your systems included.
We offer a remote IT support service allowing us to access your systems remotely (with your authorization) and resolve many common problems without ever needing to come to site. Up to 5 remote support incidents per year are included in this package at no additional charge.

Serious support for critical IT systems.

Contract IT support clients benefit from priority access to our engineers 24 hours a day and a guaranteed one hour response time. One of our engineers will be in touch within an hour of the initial fault report to arrange repairs. Monthly contract clients enjoy out-of-hours support at no extra cost.
- Remote IT support for all your systems.
This allows our technicians to access a troublesome system remotely (only with your authorization) and correct many common problems without the need for a site visit.
- Implementation and monitoring of a network security & anti-virus policy.
All business systems today need anti-virus software and it needs to be backed up by a comprehensive network security policy. We can help you design such a policy, implement it for you and monitor complience to ensure your systems remain secure.

With many software packages being licensed on a per-seat basis and stiff fines being handed out for license infringement it's never been more important to know what software you have installed and where! This is a bespoke service, pricing will vary according to the service level required. As a guide, two visits of up to four hours each per month would cost only £200.00 per month!

Yes, we do offer an out of hours service to non-contract customers. Even if your system has failed at 4am on a Sunday help is just a phone call away.
Pay As You Go IT support rates are as follows :
- Hourly IT support, 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday costs £35.00 per hour
- Out of hours IT support, 6pm -8am Monday to Friday & all weekend costs £70.00 per hour
- Travelling time is charged at £10.00 per hour or part therof.
Please note that Pay As You Go rates are for engineering time only, parts are not included.
